Solid Waste Disposal Revenue Notes Series 2021 (Direct Bank Purchase)
The Bay Counties Waste Services, Inc. project closed on July 21, 2021. CPCFA issued $21,920,000 in tax-exempt notes, of which $3,620,000 was used to refund the Series 2017 notes previously issued by CPCFA.
Bay Counties used the note proceeds to upgrade its compressed natural gas fueling station and purchase additional CARB-compliant trucks, rolling stock and containers.
