Solid Waste Disposal Revenue Notes Series 2021 (Direct Bank Purchase)
The Amador Valley Industries LLC project closed on May 11, 2021. CPCFA issued $13,085,000 in tax-exempt notes, of which $4,985,000 was used to refund the Series 2018 notes previously issued by CPCFA and provided a cost of issuance subsidy of $114,000 using CPCFA’s Small Business Assistance Fund (SBAF).
The Amador project used the note proceeds to purchase new solid waste equipment and State Air Resources Board (CARB) compliant collection vehicles.
