Solid Waste Disposal Revenue Notes Series 2020 (Direct Bank Purchase)
The Garden City Sanitation Inc. project closed on December 8, 2020. CPCFA issued $42,500,000 in tax-exempt notes.
The Garden City project used the note proceeds to finance the acquisition and installation of equipment and the construction of improvements to its solid waste disposal and recycling facilities to support the Borrower’s waste collection and disposal activities.
