Solid Waste Disposal Revenue Notes Series 2020 (Direct Bank Purchase)

The Mission Trail Waste Systems Inc. project closed on December 1, 2020. CPCFA issued $25,000,000 in tax-exempt notes.

The Mission Trail project used the note proceeds to finance the acquisition of equipment to support the company’s waste collection and disposal activities and to construct improvements to solid waste disposal and recycling facilities, including improvements to a fueling station and construction of a storm water system. Note proceeds were also used to replace the company’s collection fleet and upgrade equipment to meet new state regulations.
