Solid Waste Disposal Refunding Revenue Bonds Series 2020 (Limited Public Offering)
The American Water Capital Corp. project closed on August 18, 2020. CPCFA issued $35,000,000 in tax-exempt bonds.
The American Water project used the bond proceeds to refund previously issued Series 2010 bonds. The proceeds from the Series 2010 bonds were used to finance the Monterey Seaside Basin Aquifer Storage and Recovery Project and the Sacramento Well Rehabilitation Program and Water Treatment Improvement program.
