Solid Waste Disposal Revenue Notes Series 2018 (Direct Bank Purchase)
The Metropolitan Recycling LLC project closed on June 6, 2018. CPCFA issued $14,615,000 in tax-exempt notes, of which $9,000,000 was used to refund the Series 2012 notes previously issued by CPCFA and provided a cost of issuance subsidy of $195,240 using CPCFA’s Small Business Assistance Fund (SBAF).
The Metropolitan project used the note proceeds to finance the acquisition of equipment such as rolling stock, trucks, carts, and other related equipment.
